For over 18 years, Hook & Peel owner, Race worked in the pizza industry to perfect his craft, experimenting with ingredients and cultivating his own style. Then, he had a vision: a mobile wood-fired pizza kitchen that would allow him to share his talents and spread joy through pizza. Hook & Peel is Race’s vision come to life. It doesn’t hurt that he’s also a pretty swell guy!!

Every Wednesday get some awesome wood-fired pizza just outside Harry’s Hardware! Come in for dinner, get it to go, or hangout and play a board or card game.
