Welcome to Harry's Hardware and The Den

Our journey began in 2017 when we embarked on a mission to create more than just a hardware store; we aimed to establish a welcoming space that would resonate with the heartbeat of our vibrant community.

As a women-owned and operated establishment, we set out to redefine the conventional hardware store experience. We envisioned a place where locals, contractors, music enthusiasts, artists, and friends could come together to share moments of camaraderie over a backdrop of great Vermont craft beer and mouthwatering food.

The Den quickly became more than a watering hole; it became an integral part of Cabot – a local hub, an essential third place. Step inside, and you'll find shelves stocked not only with a diverse array of wares and hardware but also unique merchandise, gifts, and gardening, farm, and pet feed supplies. We're more than just a convenience store; we're a one-stop destination for all your needs, from household essentials to locally sourced treasures.

What sets us apart is our commitment to supporting the great state of Vermont and its thriving small businesses. Our draught beer is a celebration of the Green State, featuring only the finest craft brews and ciders made right here in Vermont. Our menu proudly showcases food sourced within a 50-mile radius of Cabot, some ingredients even making their way from just down the road.
